and objection.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the Company undertakes to notify this breach to the competent supervisory authority and, where required by law, to the data subject without undue delay, in accordance with Art. 24(3) DPA.

Subcontracting

Any processing of personal data on behalf of the Company by subcontractors will be governed by a contract ensuring that the subcontractor complies with the same data protection obligations as those imposed on the Company, in accordance with Art. 9 DPA.
